Characteristics of Quartz Bricks

After large-scale tiling, the effect is balanced in color and complete in style. The technology of the whole body enables quartz bricks to avoid the "natural" problems such as color difference, internal cracking, and fading inherent in natural stone materials.
Quartz bricks are fired at high temperatures to form a dense brick structure. Through special production technology and formula raw materials, the water absorption rate of the brick body is less than 0.1%, which blocks the infiltration of stains and sewage, and has the characteristics of anti fouling and moisture-proof.
According to GB/T3810.4 testing, the flexural strength is as high as 8000N, far exceeding that of natural stone. A 2cm thick quartz brick meets the strength requirements of a 6cm thick stone, making it suitable for high traffic environments such as streets and squares.
The unique production process and formula raw materials enable quartz bricks to have resistance to rapid cooling and heating, as well as frost resistance. They can withstand high temperatures and extreme cold without experiencing cracking or damage. And it adopts photocatalytic nanotechnology to enhance the anti fouling ability of the product.

Quartz bricks can be laid on foundations such as grass, gravel, sand, and cement slurry, and are less affected by the type of foundation. Tray can also be used for suspended laying, with easy installation and maintenance by non professionals. At the same time, the suspended laying method can facilitate the inspection of structures such as cables and water pipes placed under the tread layer.
